Due to the perishable nature of florals, we do not offer returns or refunds once your order has been delivered.

Flowers are a natural product and are not designed to last forever. However, we take great care to source, prepare, and deliver the freshest, highest-quality blooms possible, and we go above and beyond to ensure your arrangement arrives in beautiful condition.

If you are unhappy with your flowers for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to review your concern and assist you with the next steps.
